I didn't know what coaching was when I first started it, but as I worked through 6 visits of Executive Coaching with a former colleague (MD/CMO background) that I paid for with a portion of my annual CME money, I worked through some very personal and professional things holding me back from success and it opened up a new world of self actualization.  I had just started a new leadership role and felt completely out of place, not even sure if I wanted to be in medicine anymore.  I had struggled with burnout, imposter syndrome, exhaustion, since my residency days.  Since my experience being coached, I have been on a path to learn more about coaching in order to guide others through the first years of practice.  This initial time is so important to have the support you need in order to THRIVE and not just survive.  I know you can get through it all and be ok, but wouldn't it be nice to have more support and guidance?  If you are asking yourself "why is this so hard?", consider a discovery call with me and see if new provider coaching with me would be a good fit.
